If you aren’t fully satisfied with your Sixpenny purchase, please notify us at [email protected] within 30 days and we will work with you to receive a full refund or credit.
All product returned within 30 days must be in its original condition, in its original box, and with all original packing material. Return requests without original packaging will be subject to at least a 10% re-packaging fee. When selecting our White Glove delivery service, please consider our original packaging policy carefully before directing delivery drivers to remove the packaging.
We do encourage timely return and exchange requests in order to prevent any wear and tear, which may adjust the refund value.
Damaged Upon Receipt
In the event your Sixpenny product(s) arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and we will work with you to receive a full refund, exchange or credit. Damaged product(s) must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Please report the damaged product to [email protected] and a team member will contact you with further instructions.
Price Adjustment Policy
We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within 14 days of your order date. Items originally purchased using a promotion code or other discount aren’t eligible for a price adjustment. NOTE: “Final sale” items are not eligible for a price adjustment.
